A photovoltaic system with 499,89 kWp capacity has been installed in the MA Melfi plant, thanks in part to a non-repayable contribution of €117,823 granted to MA by Sviluppo Basilicata S.p.A. under the project "PUBLIC NOTICE ENERGETIC EFFICIENCY OF BUSINESSES DGR 777/2017 regulated by the PUBLIC NOTICE "ENERGY EFFICIENCY OF BUSINESSES" - PO FESR 2014/2020 - AXIS IV ENERGY AND URBAN MOBILITY - ACTION 4B.4 .2.1 - PACT FOR BASILICATA - STRATEGIC INTERVENTION LINE NO. 20 FSC 2014/2020.
The energy produced by the system after the installation from June 2020 to July 2022 is 1.519.452 kwh
From the commissioning of the photovoltaic system, about 13% of the energy needed to operate the plant will be from renewables source.
This adds one more piece to the project pursued by the Group for an increasingly green and sustainable economy.
