MA's efforts will center on both virtual and experimental validation of innovative steel solutions aimed at manufacturing lightweight automotive components.
Leading the charge, MA will oversee the forming simulations of selected prototype parts and guide the semi-industrial stamping trials.
In addition, MA will play a crucial role in integrating advanced damage and fracture models into the forming simulations.
The team will also assess the feasibility of incorporating new steel grades into industrial stamping lines, using existing production tools, to ensure compatibility with current manufacturing processes.
