At ESV, the Green Point project focused on biodiversity. Three bright hedges were planted by the BeeOdiversity Society (650 linear meters and about 1000 trees and shrubs of 13 different species). The advantages are many: hedges break the the wind present on the site, give shelter and food to birds and small mammals and insects contribute to pollination on the site and in the surrounding area.
Hedges can trap more than a ton of Co2 per year.
A flower meadow of about 130m2 was sown around the personalized insect hotel "ESV", and an employee, on his own initiative, set up nesting houses, already attracting several species of birds on the site.
