MA srl has sold its 50% equity interest in the JV company Beijing Shougang MA Metal Co., Ltd. to Shape/NetShape China Auto Parts Co., Ltd.

In order to be more focused on its own core assets, MA srl has sold its 50% equity interest in the joint venture company Beijing Shougang MA Metal Co., Ltd.  to Shape/NetShape China Auto Parts Co., Ltd., a PRC Company belonging to the US group headed by Shape Corp.
