Print PDF
The CLN Group opts for an international development strategy in the Seventies and Eighties, when its Founder Mario Magnetto supports the very first of a chain of “alliances” that makes CLN become one of the world’s steel working Group.
Close cooperation with ArcelorMittal, the world’s foremost steel producers, dates back to 1974.
In 2013 Marubeni - Itochu Steel Inc. becomes equity partner making it possible for the Group to take on new worldwide business opportunities.
The Group’s philosophy - “creating a system through a network” in steel-dependent businesses - has led to the development of partnerships with major Companies in various production areas. The Group is not only a supplier, but a true partner ever growing in innovation and development of steel solutions, which offers service competence to the customer in a chain that completes the transformation of the product according to the customer’s needs, both at their production sites and in strategic locations for business expansion. Partnerships with private and university research centres ensure the continuous updating of technology and innovation.
